• PAYMENT POLICY:
  
    
  • Tutoring packages are due in full at the end of the first session of the package.  
  • If payment is overdue, twenty five dollars ($25.00) will be added and incremented on a basis of $15.00 per week.

• CANCELLATION POLICY:
  
  Cancellation and/or rescheduling of sessions requires a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to be able to offer my assistance to another student in need of support.  My commitment is to be available and ready at the agreed-upon time, therefore sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. 
    
  
  

• OPTIONAL SERVICES:
  Assistance with assignments, projects and tasks outside the scope of daily homework if requested outside of face-to-face sessions are not included in the free phone support and will be charged on an hourly rate basis.  

• BUSINESS HOURS: (I make every effort to be available outside of business hours for a student emergency) 

• SEPTEMBER to JUNE:
  Monday to Thursday: 12 noon - 9 PM
  Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM
