• PAYMENT POLICY:

 

• Tuition packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session and remain valid for the duration of the school year in which they were purchased.  (no refunds/rollovers will be allowed) ​

 

• CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

• Cancellation and/or rescheduling of sessions requires a minimum of 24 hours notice (no exceptions). 
• Sessions cancelled and/or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. 
• Excessive cancellations/rescheduling, even with 24 hours notice, will not be allowed.  

  

• BUSINESS HOURS: (I make every effort to be available outside of business hours for a student emergency) 

         SEPTEMBER to JUNE (applicable to complimentary homework support)

• Monday to Thursday: 12 noon - 9 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM - 3 PM
